Place of Study:Gothenberg, Sweden
Abstract:The follow-up of 120 persons (study group) and 120 persons (control group) had previously been conducted to the age of 21 years. This follow up study has now been extended to completion of the 35th year. The study found that the degree of sociability was lower in the group whose mother had unsuccessfully applied for a therapeutic abortion. The differences in terms of sociability are still found at the age of 35, although they have to a certain extent levelled out.
